Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how XWorld handles subscription cancellations, tokens or usage credits, limited refund exceptions, and payment abuse.

1. General Principle

Except where expressly stated otherwise in writing, all payments made to XWorld are final and non-refundable.

2. Subscription Services

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle. Once a billing cycle has started, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Users may cancel future renewals at any time, and cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

3. Tokens and Usage Credits

  • Tokens and credits are digital access mechanisms only
  • They are non-refundable
  • They are non-transferable
  • They are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent

4. Limited Exceptions

XWorld may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests in exceptional cases, including verified technical failure preventing access to the paid platform, duplicate charges, or clearly erroneous billing transactions.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Abuse

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of platform access, permanent account termination, and recovery action where legally appropriate.
